RAILROAD GRADE CROSSINGS, AND FUTURE MAINTENANCE, AND ADJUSTMENT OF SAID CROSSINGS
AND DEVICES; PROVIDING FOR TIIE IiXI'ENDI•TURE OF FUNDS; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
RESOLUTION SHALL. TAKE. EFFECT.

WHEREAS, the Slate of Florida Department of Transportation is constructing, reconstructing or
othcrwise changing a portion of ,tthe State highway Syalcm,

the installation and maintenance of railroad grade crossings and traffic control devices for railroad
grade crossings over or near said highway.
)NNW, IiEREFORE, HE 1T RESOLVED BY THE, COUNTY COMMISSIONOF na)an Iver COUNTY, FLORIDA:
That Indian River County enter into a RAILROAD REIMBURSEMENT
AGEENIENT with the State of Florida Department of Transportation and
the �FC RV. Company for the installation and
1 y maintenance of certain grade
c oelsin�s anll traffic control devices for grade crossings designated as Job No. 1` 1600-M417 on
�l0 a c 1, which crosses the riglit-of-tva and tracks of the Company at FDOT/AAR
Crossing Number ?7?17/I-t! , located near I'lahs5o Florida; and,
That $ .. is estimated to be and the same is declared to be a proper expense
by the County for the construction of said railroad grade crossing and the same is hereby approved,
upon receipt by the State of Florida Department of Transportation of invoices submitted in the
proper manner covering said Job, for payment from secondary funds accrued to the credit of this
County; and,
That the County assume its share of the, costs for future maintenance and/or adjustment of said
grade crossings and traffic control devices for grade crossings as designated in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of
E1
the RAILROAD R1NIBURSENIE:N'1' ACIt1:1:11ENT; and,
That lite Chairman and Clerk of tit(- Board of Counly Commissioners be authorized to enter into
