rMWAS, there is a drainage and utility easement on each side
of the side lot lines of Oslo Park, as filed in Plat Book 3, Page 9Ci,
Indian River County, Florida, records; and
WHEREAS, Jbbert James Scott, is the Omer of Dots 17 and 18, Block K,
Oslo Park, hereinbefore described; and
VVMTTAS, said property has been recently purchased for the erection
of a building on said lots, which said building will lie over the side
lot line easanent on the South side of Lot 17, Block K and the North
side of Lot 18, Block K; and
WRFTTI'.AS, the said Owner can not erect building unless and until
such side lot line easonents are released by the County Cbmmi.ssion
of Indian River County, Florida;
NOW, 711)MEFORE, BE IT TUWLVFD by the Turd of County Ckrmiissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, as follows:
1, The Board does hereby release the 2.5 foot side lot line easerwnt
over the South 2,5 feet of Jot 17, Block K and the North 2.5 feet of Lot 18,
Block K of said Oslo Park, but it is sTiecifically understood that the
side lot line easement on the North side lot line of Lot 17 and South side
of Jot 18 and the rear lot line easement will remain in full force and effect.
2. That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners be authorized
to sign a Release of loscrnent as above set out, and to have said Release
recorded in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
