Resolution No. 79-76
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, has been requested to release the South
5 feet of lot 3 and North 5 feet of lot 4 Block D. Garden
of Eden Sub -Division according to the plot thereof filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River
County, Florida, in plot Book 3, page 91 and
Whereas, the request for such release of easement has been
submitted in proper form;
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Board of County Comm-
issioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the follow-
ing South 5 feet of lot 3 and North 5 feet of lot 4 Block D.
Garden of Eden shall be release.
Be it further Resolved that the Chairman of the Board of
County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a re-
lease of said lots easements herein above referred to in
form proper for recording and placing in the public records
of Indian River County, Florida
