THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING
DISTRICT, has held a public hearing on the 27th day of
September, 1979; and
WHEREAS, this Board did adopt at Public Hearing its
budget for the Fiscal Year commencing on the first day of
October, 1979, and ending on the 30th day of September,
1980; and
WHEREAS, the Board must establish millages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That said
Board hereby sets the millate rate for said District at
.60613 mills or 60.613 cents per thousand
dollars of taxable value.

This Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th
day of September, 1979.
