WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, has held a public hearing on September 27, 1979,
for the purpose of adopting a budget for the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
HEALTH DEPARTMENT operated by the State Board of Health for the
fiscal year 1979-80; and
WHEREAS, the Board did adopt the Budget for the INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT for the fiscal year 1979-80 by Resolution
No. 79-87; and
WHEREAS, due to typographical error the Total Budget was
stated as being "$147,000.00", when in fact it should have been
"$140,000.00)';
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No.
79-•87 is hereby amended to include the following budget for the
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT Operated by the State Board
of Health:
1. ESTIMATED RECEIPTS $147,369.00
Less: 5% Reserve Income 7,369.00
TOTAL BUDGET $140,000.00

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th
day of September , 1979.
