THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
FIRE PROTECTION MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT,
adopted pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance, 79-43,
held a public hearing on the 27th day of September, 1979;
and
WHEREAS, the Board must establish millages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said
Board hereby sets the millage rate for said Unit at
.60346 mills or 60.346 cents per thousand
dollars of taxable value.

This Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th
day of September, 1979.
