HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-024RESOLUTION NO. 80 -24 WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department of Indian River County has recommended to the Board of Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that there is a street duplication number system within VERO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION and the road known as Lockwood Lane located directly to the north; and WHEREAS said duplication requires revisions to conform with a uniform plan throughout Indian River County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in an attempt to avoid undue hardship or confusion to the residents within this area, designates February 20, 1980 as the date the street designation change will take effect. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that effective February 20, 1980, this street number change will become effective in the extreme northern portion of VERO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Planning and Zoning Department is directed to issue a notice to all existing residences in the VERO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION located specifically on the northern most road now known as 17th Street S.W., which is hereby changed to 17th Lane S.W. as to the action of the Board. This Resolution shall become effective as of the 20th day of February, 1980.
