BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That DR. DOUGLAS KING is
hereby appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the
Economic Opportunities of Indian River County, Inc.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the
5th day of March, 1980.
