BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That MARILYN M. CHENAULT is
hereby appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the
Economic Opportunities Council of Indian River County, Inc.
