WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, have been requested to release the lot line easements on the south
three (3) feet of Lot 13; and the north three (3) feet of Lot 14. Block 2,
King's Music Lands, according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated. on Ghe Plat of King's
Music Lands for public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted
in proper form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements in
King's Music Lands, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
The south three (3) feet of Lot 13; and the north three (3) feet of
Lot 14, Block 2, Kings Music Lands according to the Plat of the same
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian
River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, at page 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements
hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the
Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
