p{ WHEREAS, N. J. NOTLEY was appointed to serve on the
Board of Directors of the Economic Opportunities Council of
Indian River County, Inc. on the 24th day of January, 1979; and
WHEREAS, E. J. NOTLEY served the citizens of Indian
River County, Florida with great distinction and diligence from
the time of his appointment to the Board of Directors of the
Economic Opportunities Council of Indian River County, Inc.
to the date of his resignation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board
on behalf of itself and the citizens of Indian River County,
Florida, expresses its heartfelt thanks to E. J. NOTLEY for a
job well done; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board wishes E. J.
NOTLEY continued success in his future endeavors.
