WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Indian
River County Planning and Zoning Commission from District 2
due to the resignation of RALPH SEXTON, effective as of the
10th day of June, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
. COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That
CAROLYN KYES EGGERT is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy
and complete the unexpired term of RALPH SEXTON to end on
January 9, 1983.
Said Resolution shall become effective as of the
day of , 1980.
