44DA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A FLORIDA RECREATION
DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMGRANT AND THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION OF RECREATION
AND PARKS, REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF WABASSO BEACH PARK,.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
O®
County, Florida, that. the County accepts the Florida Recreation Development
Assistance Program grant from the Florida Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Recreation and Parks, in the amount of $42,500.00 and authorizes
the County Administrator to execute all appropriate documents and serve as
representative for the Board of County Commissioners in the acceptance and
administration of the grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution become effective immediately.

ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1960 with the members of the County
Commission voting as follows:
