BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that, pursuant to Florida
Statute 197.291, it authorizes the appropriate officials
to pay excess funds in the amount of Four Hundred Sixteen
Dollars ($416.00) to MARIE AND EDGAR BUCKLE, said surplus
resulting from the sale on February 21, 1978 representing
Certificate No. 1225.
Said Resolution shall become effective as of the
30 —day of July , 1980.
