BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY; FLORIDA, That RICHARD "DICK"
BIRD is hereby appointed as the Commission Representative
to serve on the City of Vero Beach Recreation Committee.
