BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That RICHARD "DICK" BIRD is
hereby appointed to the Bicycle Paths Committee, which
appointment is made to replace ALMA LEE LOY on said Committee.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the
31st day of December , 1980.
