BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That WILLIE ADAMS, BARRY
SESACK and DOUGLAS KING are hereby re -appointed to serve
on the Board of Directors of the Economic Opportunities Council
of Indian River County, Inc.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the
31st day of December , 1980.
