BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That Richard "Dick" Bird is hereby
appointed as the Commission Representative to serve on the City
of Vero Beach Recreation Committee.
Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 13th day of
January, 1982.
