RESOLUTION NO. 82-53
WIIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot
line easements of Lots 7 & 8 and Lots 8 & 9 on Block B, Unit 1,
Granada Gardens Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 91, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat
of Granada Gardens Subdivision for public utility purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been
submitted in proper form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
lot line easements in Granada Gardens Subdivision, Unit 1, shall
be released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
Those common side lot 2.5 foot easements of Lots 7 & 8 and
Lots 8 & 9 on Block B of Granada Gardens Subdivision, Unit 1,
according to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
in Plat Book 3, Page 91.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line
easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and
placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
