®M WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot
®"'= line easements of Lots 17 & 18 amd Lots 18 & 19 on Block F, Unit 3,
of Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida; and
• �� WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat
of Oslo Park Subdivision for public utility purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been
submitted in proper form;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
lot line easements in Olso Park Subdivision shall be released,
abandoned and vacated as follows:
Those common side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 17 & 18
and Lots 18 & 19 on Block F. Unit 3 of Oslo Park Subdivision,
according to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
County Commissioner and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot
line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording
and placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
