A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 FOR ALL NON -TAXING
FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
ZuWHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian

River County has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by
Florida law, has considered all. expenditures set forth in the
budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the
best interest of the citizens of Indian River County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of
County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth in the
attachment, to this resolution for the following funds;
Secondary Roads Trust Fund
Federal Revenue Sharing Fund
Police Academy Fund
Housing Authority Fund
Rental Assistance Fund
Special Law Enforcement Fund
South Indian River County Water Taxing District
1959 Hospital Bonds Fund
1980-81 Bonds Fund
Sanitary Landfill Fund
County Water. and Sewer Fund
Impact/Franchise Fee Fund
Fleet Management Fund
South County Water Construction
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the
vote was as follows:
Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye
Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher Nay
Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons Aye
Commissioner. William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye
Commissioner Dick Bird Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly
passed and adopted this 22nd day of September , 1982.
