RESOLUTION No. 83-23
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, have been requested to release the carrion side lot 3
foot easements of lots 10 and 11, Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates
Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 5, page
65, of the Ptmhl,ic _Records of Indian River County, Florida.
WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of
Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision for public utility purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have been
submd.tted in proper form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CM4ISSIOMRS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot
line easam-nts in Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision sha_l be released,
abandoned and vacated as fol.Irms:

Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision, according
to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of. the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Indiar River Comty, Florida, in
Plat Book 5, Page 65.
BE IT FUIMU7 t RFSOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
County Comdssioners and the Clerk of. t1w Circuit Court be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot
line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording
and placing in the Public Records of Indian River. County, Florida.
