UTILITY SERVICE AREA DECLARATION
FOR LAUREL BUILDERS, INC.

THIS DECLARATION made this 7 day of Sentembar 1983, by Indian River
® County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 567-8000 ("County"), in favor of the City of Vero
Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Florida, 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 567-5151 ("City"),
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City has tentatively agreed with Laurel Builders, Inc., P.O.
Box 2062, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, telephone: 569-5061, that the City will
provide water and sewer service for certain property located in the
unincorporated area of Indian River County, the legal description of which Is
shown on attachment "A", and
WHEREAS, the City's approval is subject to the County's execution of a
declaration that the County has no objection to the provision of such service by the
City, and
WHEREAS, this declaration is such an indication of no objection by the County,
WHEREAS, this declaration shall not act to reduce any City allocation of
wastewater service or water service to Indian River County in the unincorporated
area,
NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of these premises the County certifies to the
City that the City may provide the requisite utility service to the property shown
In the attached agreement, which property from the date of this declaration shall
be considered to be in the service territory of the City for such service.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners, after being duly authorized by the Board of County
Commissioners, has executed this document on the date first above written.
