A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COUNTY
BUDGET OFFICER'S ESTIMATES OF RECEIPTS OTHER THAN
TAXES AND OF BALANCES TO BE BROUGHT FORWARD FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 AND ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR
THE BEACH ACQUISITION GENERAL, OBLIGATION BONDS
(1983).
WHEREAS, the Budget Officer for Indian River County
ascertained the needs and the fiscal policy of the Board for the
ensuing fiscal year and did prepare and present to the Board a
tentative budget for fiscal year 1983-84 including all estimates
of receipts, taxes to be levied, and balances expected to be
brought forward and all estimated expenditures, reserves, and
balances to be carried over at the and of the year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Co- nissioners did Axamine
the tentative budget and held public hearings pursuant to law to
consider input from the citizens of Indian River County with
respect to the taxes to be levie-1, the amount's and the use of the
money derived from the levy of. taxes,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE; IT RESOLVED RY THE HOARD OF COONTY
COMMISSIONERS of., INF)IA`J RF/FR COUNTY, E'F.�)RIUA, that:
1, t:he
Count -y Budget Officer's estimat«ss of receipts
other than taxes, and of balanc,is to be brought forward, for the
Beach Acquisition General Obliciation Bonds (1983) are hereby
revised as s,>t forth in Kxhibit. A at.t.ached hereto, and
2, that the Board of county Commissioners of Indian
River County hereby adopts the attached budget as the final budqet
for fiscal year 1983-84 for the B -a ch Acquisition General
Obligation Bonds (1983).
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner. Scurlock and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was
as follows:
Chairman Richard N. Bird - Aye
Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. - Aye
Commissioner Margaret. C. Bowman - Aye
Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons - Aye
Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. - Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly
