RESOLUTION NO. 83- 98
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 83-76, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR FLU VACCINATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that Resolution No. 83-76 is hereby
amended to include the f.ol.lowing fee for a clinical service to be
provided by the County Health Unit, which fee was inadvertently
omitted from the fee schedule attached to the aforementioned
resolution at the time of its adoption:
Influenza Vaccination (flu shot) $5.00
This amendment is effective immediately and the
remainder of. Resolution No. 83-76 shall remain in full force and
effect as originally approved.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Bowman who moved its arloption. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Lyons and, upon b-inq put to a vote, the
vote was as fn)low.s:
