A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY C014MISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION
FOR REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST LOW INCOME
FAMILIES TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS.
HES LAS, the Boaj:d of County Commissioners of Indian river
County has reviewed this proposal and has received the recommen-
dation from the Executive Director of the Indian River County
Housing Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman
and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized
to execute the attached application to the State of Florida
Department of Community Affairs for a Community Service Block
Grant Program.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Lyons
who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the rote was as
follows!
Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye
Vice Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye
Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye
Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye
Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed
and adopted this 1st day of February, 1984.
