WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side

lot 5 foot easement of lots 17 and 18, Block F, Unit 3 Oslo

Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the
Plat of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3 for public utility
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement have
been submitted in proper form;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
r. COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the follow-
ing lot line easements in Oslo Park, Unit 3 Subdivision, shall

ibe released, abandoned and vacated as follows:
The common side lot 5 foot easement of lots 17 and
18, Block F, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 3 according
to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of.
County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of
said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper
for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
