® A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY IN COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA
STATUTES 5159.60a.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
that the following persons are hereby appointed to serve on the

t_• Housing Finance Authority of Indian River Counts, Florida, for the
terms set
forth below:

Ed Lovell 3 years

Bill Lewis 4 years

Don C. Scurlock, Jr. 2 years

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, for
the purposes of
satisfying
Chapter 159.605, Florida Statutes, this
resolution shall
serve as
the Certificate of Appointment to the
{lousing Finance
Authority
of Indian River County, Florida, and shall be filed with
the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird
who moved
its adoption. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner
Scurlock and, being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:
