RE: Letter of Agreement — Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers Trust Fund Grant
For the time period of July 1 st, 2023, through June 30tl, 2026
Dear Attorney General Moody,
This letter of Agreement from the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners
authorizes the Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers, Inc. to act as Indian River County's
agent for the purpose of applying for and receiving monies from the Crime Stoppers
Trust Funds. This request was made in accordance with Section 16.555(5)(b), Florida
Statues.
