THIS DIRECTIVE AUTHORIZES THE CONTRACTOR TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK DESCRIBED BELOW
IN ADVANCE OF AN EXECUTED CHANGE ORDER.
Please submit an itemized proposal for changes in the Contract Sum and Contract Time for proposed modifications
to the Contract Documents described herein. Submit proposal within three (3) days or notify the Engineer in writing
of the date on which you anticipate submitting your proposal.
Description.-

escription:Contractor to provide a proposal for the following out of scope work items.
1. Building "B": Add exterior wall stucco repairs and exterior wall painting of the first and
second story building sections performed in conjunction with roof replacement to protect
the installed roof system from water intrusion of the adjacent vertical walls.
2. Building "B": Extend vertical wall flashing to encapsulate damaged wall stucco on the lower
east and west elevation walls of roof section "BY performed in conjunction with roof
replacement to protect the installed roof system from water intrusion of the adjacent vertical
walls.
3. Building "C": Extend roof flashing system to incorporate the adjacent holding tank
maintenance service catwalk.
