A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 FOR THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by
Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth in the
budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budget is in the
best interest of the citizens of Indian River County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
that the Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the budget
set forth in the attachment to this resolution for the following
fund;
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Bow man and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows :
Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye
Vice Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye
Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye
Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye
Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Absent
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly
passed and adopted this 16th day of September, 1986.
