A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN THE WALLACE ACRES
SUBDIVISION, LOTS 11 AND 12.
® S WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below, and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Francis P. & Elizabeth
Kelly, whose mailing address is 3544 Ocean Drive, Vero
Beach, FL 32963, Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by
Commissioner Bird , seconded by Commissioner
Eggert r and adopted on the 23rd day of
December 1986, by the following vote:
