Doc Dougherty 2. Phil Matson (internal) 3. Don Rosenthal 4. John Titkanich 5. Jeff Wilkins Following one-on-one interviews with each board member, in person public interviews will be conducted at the Special Call Meeting held on March 3, 2023 scheduled for 1:00 pm. After the public interviews are completed, the Board will determine next steps which may include voting to select the next County Administrator or deferral of this decision to the March 7, 2023 regularly scheduled BOCC meeting. FUNDING: There is no additional funding required for this item. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests the BOCC interview the finalists and a) vote to select the next County Administrator and authorize staff to extend a conditional offer of employment to include negotiation of an employment contract to be approved by the BOCC at a future meeting; or b) defer the County Administrator selection to the March 7, 2023 regularly scheduled BOCC meeting.
