Courtroom CO2 and Occupancy Sensor Programming: Provide labor and material to improve control of outdoor air supplied to seven court rooms at the Indian River County Courthouse. These upgrades Include providing CO2 sensors, occupancy sensors, programming of sensors into existing Metasys Facility Management System, and commissioning. As requested, Indian River will complete all electrical work including sensor mounting in the court rooms, running electrical wires, and wiring the sensors. I have specifically excluded this from the estimate. 2. Improve Chiller Control and SeA4e3cina; Provide evaluation and programming to existing chiller plant controls and make-up air unit in order to improve operation and potentially improve utility costs. Changes to chiller sequencing aro accomplished by rewriting Graphical Programming Language (GPL) and testing chiller operation. 3. Persgn-Machine Interface (PMI) Software Subscription One year PMI software subscription is provided to the existing Operator Work Station (OWS). Software is uploaded and configured. Revisions are year 2000 compliant. Total cost for the Indian River Courthouse controls upgrade and improvements to the existing chiller plant controls Is $14,668.00 (Fourteen Thousand, Six Hundred sixty-eight Dollars). 4. In completing this estimate I have used service rates agreed upon in the Indian River Sole Source Agreement. I have applied the discount multiplier of •4276 to all Johnson Controls parts. Provide software and labor for installation and configuration of an Operator Work Station at the Indian River County Courthouse. 2, aq2pLpf Work: Johnson Controls provides one new copy of Person -Machine Interface (PMI) software and uploads on a pentium personal computer provided by Indian River County. The software is configured and current information on the network controller Is uploaded. The on-site Operator Work Station (OWO) at the Courthouse is configured to function as the archive to maintain the data base In the event the Network Controller requires restoration. Included In this proposal is one PMI software subscription for one year. Any changes or upgrades In software for a period of one year will be Installed and configured to operate on the existing data base. The software subscription includes one major revision. Installation labor time is Included. 3.
