In consideration of the sum of THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($31,000.00), paid in hand to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases, remises, acquits and forever discharges
TransAmerican Environmental, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, assigns, and
affiliates, and the agents, officers and directors and representatives of each, from any and all actions and
causes of action, contracts, agreements, claims, debts and demands which the County ever had, now has,
or may have in the future by reason of or arising under any matter, including but not limited to any
contractual relation between the parties. The undersigned executes this release on its own behalf and on
behalf of any and all persons or entities who may have any claim by or through the undersigned.
