COUNTY DEED
This Deed, made this -�) 3 day of i at , 1999, by
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, party of the first part,
and tha CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH:
That said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR to it
in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, and sold to the party of the second part, its heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida:
EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
This property Is conveyed and accepted on the condition that the property hereby
conveyed is to be used solely for parks and recreational purposes. In the event
that this property Is not used solely and perpetually for such purposes, then the
land and any appurtenances shall revert to Grantor, and Grantee shall forfeit all
rights thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first pall has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of
said Board, the day and year aforesaid.
