This QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this 29 tWay of March _ , A.D. 1999, between the
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, the address
of which is 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958, GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, the address of which is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960,
GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH:
That GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS, and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, and sold to the GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim, and demand which the said GRANTEE has in and to any reversionary
interests in following described parcel of land, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim
whatsoever of the said GRANTOR, either in law or equity, to the use, benefit, or behoof of the said
GRANTEE forever.
