between
RECEIVED INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
APR 16 1999 (Sandridge Golf Club)
CLERK TO THE BOARD and
INTERNATIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT, INC.
THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered on this 1-- day of
1999 by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida (County) and INTERNATIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT, INC. (Firm)
and amends the agreement between County and Firm dated April 16, 1996 (a copy of
which is attached) for services to be furnished for Sandridge Golf Club.
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, it is
mutually agreed by and between the County and Firm the Agreement is hereby
amended as follows:
1. "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE CONTRACT & TERM" of the Agreement is
amended to have a terminating date of September 30, 2002.
2. The terms set forth in the Firm's letter to the County dated February 8,
1999, including the CPI increases and Management Objectives, are hereby adopted and
incorporated as amendments to said Agreement as Exhibit A.
3. The Firm agrees that there shall be no increase in the current contract price
through September 1999.

4. All terms conditions, phases and clauses in the Agreement dated April 16,
1996 between Firm and County not specifically amended by this Addendum remain
unchanged.
