Year 1997-98 Cinder provisions of Chapter 62-708.300(3), Florida Administrative Code, Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) is required to determine and publicly disclose the full cost of solid waste management within its service area for Fiscal Year 1997-98. CDM will Prepare a report setting forth the full cost of solid waste management for Fiscal Year 1.997-98 in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 62-708, Florida Administrative Code. CDM will also prepare a draft public notice based on the full cost of solid waste management in Indian River County for Fiscal Year 1997-98. CDM will provide a draft report and public disclosure notice to the County within one week of receipt of all data required to perform the study. After receipt of comments, CDM will submit the final report and public disclosure notice within one week. SERVICES AGREEMENT WHEREAS, Indian River County (hereinafter "the Contractor") and the Department of Community Affairs (hereinafter "the Department") have entered into a Contractual Services Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") for the purpose of preparation and development of Local Mitigation Strategies and pre -identification and prioritization of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program projects to become a part of the Statewide hazard Mitigation Strategy; and WHEREAS, based upon the delay in the Department's provision of The Arbiter of Storms (TAOS) computer modeling data to the Contractor, the parties desire to modify said Agreement to revise the third and fourth period deliverables and the associated due dates. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Attachment A to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Revised Attachment A for all interests and purposes. Revised Attachment A is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. All other provisions of the Agreement not inconsistent with this Modification #1 remain in full force and effect.
