TERMINATION OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT
Release given by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,
Vero Beach, Florida 32960 to SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED,
a Florida non-profit corporation, whose mailing address is 1895 Saint
Edwards Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32963, their successors and assigns.
On August 7, 1991, SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED
granted to Indian River County a conservation easement. Said easement being
recorded in O.R. Book 0912, Page 2578, Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida.
In consideration of the substitution of a new conservation easement and
the payment of ten dollars ($10.00), receipt of which is acknowledged, Indian
River County through its Board of County Commissioners hereby releases to
SAINT EDWARD'S SCHOOL, INCORPORATED, their successors and assigns
the conservation easement recorded at O.R. Book 0912, Page 2578, it being the
intention of the parties to terminate said conservation easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners has executed this release on —It day of _ Ca ty' 1999.
