MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
CONTRACT EFFECTIVE 6117/99 - 611612000
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY'S obligations under the terms of this contract are subject to
annual budget approval. If funds for this maintenance contract are not approved in
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY'S budget process, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY will be released
from the terms of this agreement.
Please indicate your acceptance by signing below and returning this addendum with the
signed Maintenance Agreement and Schedule A.
