Amending original Agreement dated October 7, 1997 between
Indian River County and Avatar Utility Services, Inc.
For the supply of water meter reading services, adjusting the unit
Price per month rate from .$.522 to 5.533
This Addendum to Agreement, entered into this 8 Day of September, 19 99
Between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
and located at 1840 25's Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, (hereinafter referred to as the
"COUNTY",
And
AVATAR UTILITY SERVICES, INC., a Florida Corporation with its principal place
of business at 4837 Swift Road, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida 34231, (hereinafter referred to as
"AUSI".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the County has agreed to adjust the meter reading services rate from $.522
to $.533, (an increase of 2.1 % to the base Agreement signed on October 7, 1997).
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the parties to document the transaction.
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree:
