Apparently the error was due to a communication breakdown brrtween the Tax Collector's Office and the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court. Corrective action has been taken and the above -referenced property is now titled back in your names. Enclosed for your permanent property records are the following documents reflecting the chain of ownership: Copy of Tax Deed recorded on August 24, 1999 in O.R.
