AMENDMENT TO INTER -GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS is an amendment to the Agreement dated 10i° day of September, 1975, by and between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as part of the first part,
hereinafter referred to as COUNTY, and FELLSMERE WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a
water management district existing under the general drainage laws of the State of Florida, as
amended, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT.
The DISTRICT and the COUNTY hereby adds North 89'h Street east of Willow Street, Park
Lateral Road between 109"' Street and 117" Street, and 10151 Street westward to 14950 to the
COUNTY's North County Grader Route No. 3.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this
16th dayof November, 1919
