AMENDMENT
to Agreement
between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
and
JONEAL MIDDLETON
WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY is the owner and operator of Blue
Cypress Park on Blue Cypress Lake; and
WHEREAS, the County has entered into an agreement, with JONEAL
MIDDLETON to fulfill its obligations; and
WHEREAS, this agreement has resulted in a very smooth and competent
operation of Blue Cypress Park; and
WHEREAS, the agreement will expire in August of 2000; and
WHEREAS, in the interest of orderly administration the agreement should be
renewed,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the following mutual covenants and
agreements INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA and JONEAL MIDDI.ETON
do agree as follows:
1. The original agreement dated August 22, 1995 shall remain in full force and
effect until September 1, 2005.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands
and seals this 7th day of December , 1999.
