As per the attached proposal, support will be provided as
needed. Questions will be answered, problems
researched and identified as user set up, data related or
software related. If the problem is identified as a base
program issue, we will identify the program but will not i
correct it unless we are asked to. Problems identified in
the custom programs we worked on will be corrected
j with no charge. Problems in other custom programs can
be corrected.

depending on volume of usage.
We will provide instructions to set up a communication
line for your system.
Contract is effective upon receipt of payr unt and good -
for one year. it may be renewed as needed_
