SET ASIDE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT
This Set Aside of Grant of Easement made and executed this day of
February, 2000 of the Grant of Easement by Brian Davis, Wesley Davis and
Laura Davis, as Trustees under the provisions of a certain Florida Land
Trust Agreement known as Davis Land Trust 1992 dated January 1, 1992,
(65-6091853), whose mailing address is 7001 84th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida
32967, hereinafter called GRANTOR, to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, having a mailing address of 1840 25th
Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter called GRANTEE, as recorded at
O.R. Book 1313, Page 2865 in the records of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby set aside by the Grantee
because the Grant of Easement does not conform to Section 689.01, F.S., in
that the signature of "Laura Paul fka Laura Davis" has only one subscribing
witness as Laura Paul is shown as a witness to her own signature.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee has hereunto set Grantee's hand
and seal the day and year first above written.
