SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE
between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
(hereinafter COUNTY)
and
INDIAN RIVER SOCCER ASSOCIATION
(hereinafter SOCCER)
THIS AMENDMENT WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, COUNTY and SOCCER entered into a lease for 16.5 acres of
COUNTY property at the Fairgrounds; and
WHEREAS, SOCCER has requested COUNTY to add 1.84 acres to the present
lease; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the additional land will facilitate achievement of the
goals of SOCCER and is in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as
follows:
1. The term of the lease is amended to include 1.84 acres
described on Exhibit "A" attached to this Second Amendment.
2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Except for the above-mentioned change, the remainder of the original lease, as
previously amended, will remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have made and executed this Second
Amendment on the 72.pd day of February , 2000.
