Section1 - General
This is an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement)
dated June 2, 1998.
Section 111— Scope of Services
The LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT agrees to perform additional professional
services as set forth in the following:
23. Revise construction drawings by relocating the pump station to
the west side of the restroom building, behind the sternwall.
The foundation sternwall design shall be designed to
accommodate the pump station construction, operation and
maintenance access. The pump station design will be modified
to incorporate a packaged "ABS" fiberglass pump station.
Revise the associated force main and water service lines to fit
the new location. Revise the electrical service to the pump
station. Revise the restroom plumbing plans.
24. Submit revised construction drawings to the Indian River County
Department of Utility Services and to the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection for modification of approved permits.
25. Prepare a construction contract change order, and request a
credit proposal from the contractor for the changes.

Section V — Compensation
The COUNTY agrees to pay and the LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT agrees to accept
for all the additional services delineated herein a lump sum fee of Four Thousand
Eight Hundred Fifty and 001100 Dollars ($4,850.00).
Section VI — Other Provision
A. Receipt of an executed copy of the Amendment shall constitute the COUNTY's
notice to the LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT to proceed with the work.
B. All provisions of the AGREEMENT not specifically modified shall remain in full
force and effect.
C. This Amendment regardless of where it is executed shall be governed by and
construed according to the laws of the State of Florida.
