1995 between Indian River County and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc., in consideration of the
mutual terms, conditions, promises, covenants, and payments set forth, agree to the following
changes:
1. Attachment B, Central Region Wastewater Treatment Plant, Task 600 - General Services
During Construction is hereby amended as follows:
Add the following words to the end of the task:
"J. Engineer will provide general engineering services due t ) extended construction
duration (two (2) additional months) of the Central Region WWTP to 2.0 Mgd."
2. Attachment B, Central Region Wastewater Treatment Plant, Task 700 - Resident Project
Representative is hereby amended as follows:
Add the following words to the end of the task:
"E. Engineer will provide additional resident project representative inspection
services for the remainder of construction (additional ten (10) hours per week for
three (3) months and thirty (30) hours per week for two (2) months) of the Central
Region WWTP to 2.0 Mgd."
3. Article IV, Compensation for Services, is hereby amended as follows:
